This submission form for Training Submission, Photo submissions and Black Belt Testing Fees

NOT ALL OF THIS HAS TO BE COMPLETED AT THE SAME TIME!

This form is designed to be submitted with parts of registrations at a time.

Training submissions must be completed before any off-site training or the January 18th preview can be attended.

The Black Belt Testing fee is due February 25th and covers:

Uechi Cross-Training at various dojos
Black Belt Preview in front of a panel of Seniors and Masters
Review in front of a panel of Seniors and Masters
2025 Virtual Yearbook, with discounted options for the Hardcover version.
2025 Black Belt Diploma
Sunday Afternoon Training at the 2025 Uechi Convention (Sept 7th), with discounted options for the whole weekend (September 5th and 6th - CLICK HERE).
Seating and Virtual access to the 2025 Black Belt Graduation Ceremony (Sunday, September 7th)
